Escort Projects.
Here you will find some of the projects that I have been working on.
	Custom Escort Sub Box.
We decided a custom sub box is what the Escort needed. 3/4" MDF was chosen for the box.	The box dimensions would fit the box right up against the back seat, and under the trunk lip while still giving us 2-10" and 1-12" subs.	Tony is cutting out the speaker mounting holes. The box was divided into 3 separate sections. Completely sealed, with volume dimensions done according to the manufactures recommendations.
Placing the wire connectors in the back. These have power connectors for neon light additions.	Gluing the speaker carpet to the box.	The finished sub box with 2 sound activated neon's, and an on/off switch for the neon's.
Some of you might be wondering why we did not port the box, good question. We needed to have more room in the trunk for a ported box, so we decided to make a sealed box that would play all types of music and still leave trunk room.
