Brewing beer itself is not hard, there are tons of
recipes available and I have included a link here to more recipes than
you'll ever need. The big thing is, make what tastes good to you. Ales are the most common beers made due to the temperature that it ferments at, (normal room temp), Lagers, Bocks, use larger yeast and needs to be kept much cooler to work right (50 - 55). But that doesn't limit the vast Varity of great beer you can make at home. We make Amber Ale, English IPA (Oak Aged), Stout, and Amber and Dark Bitters. All of out beers use Burton Salts to duplicate the English water, Fresh Oregon Cascades and Nugget hops, (when we can) and the best Scottish Malted barley. With the time you put into your beer, use the best ingredients you can, you will taste the difference. |
| All of these brews are based on Genuine English Ale Recipes. |

The saddest sight in the world. |
| From start to finish, 3 to 4
weeks. It's better to leave it in the bottle another 3 to 4 weeks, but it is very
hard... I have been using Jack Daniels oak chips in the final ferment to give that unique IPA taste. Also, I keep my beer in the carboy for up to 3 weeks to get a good flavor. By adding 3 fermenting stages in the carboys, you get clearer beer, and allow the oak to really flavor the beer with the Old world IPA taste. |

| At
Martini Man we brew about 10 to 15 gal of Micro Brew a month. We keg most
of our beer now, served exclusively at The Tiki Bar & Grill. We bottle our
specialty brews to keep and show off. Cheers All... |
